Our Under Counter Fridge (Domestic) is a great choice for areas where space may be limited. Complete with two shelves, it’s ideal for exhibitions and temporary kitchens. Our Fridge Gastro Single Door Stainless Steel is suitable for industrial caterers and banquet caterers as they’re equipped to store large amounts of food. It’s fitted with wheels for ease of movement and is fitted with four shelves, wherein each shelf fits two full-sized gastro inserts. If you need to chill and display beer, wine and soft drinks for bar services, we recommend our Upright Cooler Cabinet Glass Door, which holds up to 70 wine bottles and 130 beer bottles. And for freezing, the Freezer Single Door Stainless Steel is a popular choice for storing food and ice for parties, weddings and more.
We stock a wide assortment of Cooking Equipment for all types of events. Our Cook & Hold Oven (Small) is ideal for cooking chicken and pork products. It works by cooking food at low temperatures until the proper internal temperature is reached and the timer instructs it to switch into holding mode. The Banquet Cart Single Door is also a popular choice for hire, used to prepare and plate meals before serving. It is complete with a halo heat system which is a controlled, uniform heat source that gently surrounds food and maintains food quality for several hours. Our Deep Fat Fryer Gas (2 Basket) is a must for crispy, golden fried dishes, whilst the 2 Ring Burner (Elec.) is a compact and lightweight electric cooker suited to catering for small events. For soup, we recommend our Stock Pot 18 Litre, and to keep food warm during buffet services, look no further than the Electric Chafer Unit. Food Preparation is equally as important as the cooking process.
