Unlike a standard banquet cart, the Scanbox Ergo Line is designed for safe heated transport, keeping plated or prepared food hot, fresh, and service-ready while moving between kitchen, venue, and service point. Featuring fan-assisted heating and precise temperature control, it ensures even heat distribution throughout. Lightweight yet durable, it is easy to manoeuvre and built for busy event environments, delivering reliable and consistent results every time.
