Firstly, work out the number of people who are coming. From there you will be able to work out the size of dance floor that you need to hire. Dance floors are hired in panels so you can hire as big or as small a dancefloor to accommodate your guests. A dancefloor size of 12ft x 12ft will accommodate 80 -100 people. Thirdly, how much space do you have in your marquee or venue?

This is a very important factor. You don’t want your dancefloor to take up too much space and equally, you don’t want a tiny dancefloor at the end of a large hotel ballroom.

Lastly, your colour scheme may dictate the colour of the dancefloor you hire. If you are having a classic white wedding, then our classic white dancefloor is ideal. For a more traditional look, you might want to hire our Parquet, Brown Mahogany dance floor. The colour palette and style of the room might also influence your choice.
